Handling Time

Handling Time for most items is 1-2 days. This gives us time to test and package each item before it ships. Some items like Full size light bars will have a 7-10 day handling time. This mainly falls into bars that are being changed to fit customers needs.

Returns

We will accept returns in the same condition that they arrived to the customer within 14 Days of delivery with no restock fee. Buyer must pay return shipping and the original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.  We ask that if you are unsure of product fitment that you reach out and ask to say everyone time and money. 

Warranty 

All Items are sold as-is, where-is unless otherwise stated. Manufacturers warranties will require the buyer to go through the manufacturer for repair work. All items are guaranteed to be functioning as they should unless otherwise stated in the listing. 

We are all human, mistakes happen. With that being said, Mr. Public Safety Equipment reserves the right to cancel the sale if we have made a pricing mistake or if shipping is not calculated correctly. The buyer will be contacted first with updated pricing if necessary but is not obligated to go through with the purchase.
